       Day to day

      As a Bartender your main role will be preparing and serving drinks to our guests.

      You will be communicating directly with guests and be required to demonstrate a good level of beverage knowledge and capable of making recommendations based on personal preferences.

      You will be responsible for communicating stock requirements to the Restaurant Director and ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.

      You would be heavily involved in menu development and work closely with the Restaurant Director regarding any ideas you may have to improve the service and product.

      This role involves working 4 days Wednesday-Sunday every week. Shifts vary but are minimum 50 hours each week.
