Key Skills
As a Host at The Barn at Moor Hall, you will provide an exceptional and informed guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator, take a hands-on approach to your role, and have a real passion for customer service.
You will be a talented individual with proven experience in a similar function within a comparable environment.
Day to day
You will be welcoming our guests on arrival to the Restaurant, showing them to the table and assisting the Bar team, whilst working under the guidance of the Restaurant manager. You will also assist with reservation confirmations and table plan management. This is a 35 hour contract and the general shift pattern will be Monday and Tuesday off (while the restaurant is closed) and then Wednesday to Sunday day or evening shifts, depending on business levels.
