Key Skills

As a Lounge Assistant at Moor Hall, you will provide an exceptional and informed guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator, take a hands-on approach to your role, and have a real passion for customer service.

You will be a talented individual with proven experience in a similar function within a comparable environment.

Day to day

You will be welcoming our guests on arrival to the Restaurant, showing them to the lounge and bar and assisting the Bar team with drinks and canape service, whilst working under the guidance of the Restaurant Director and General Manager. You will also assist the reception team with checking guests into the bedrooms. This is a 50 hour, 5 day contract and the general shift pattern will be Monday and Tuesday off (while the restaurant is closed) and then Wednesday and Thursday will be 2pm to 11pm, and Friday to Sunday will be 11am to 11pm. Shift patterns can be flexible depending on business levels.
