Goosnargh Gin

About goosnargh gin

Multi-award winning Goosnargh Gin is lovingly crafted by Richard and Rachel Trenchard at their micro-distillery, based at the foot of Beacon Fell, on the edge of the Forest of Bowland (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) in the parish of Goosnargh, Lancashire.

Richard and Rachel’s gins are distilled in small batches by hand by themselves, using traditional copper alembic stills. All their gins are Chapters of their story, and descriptions of each can be found on their website.

Their aim as a company is to exist in harmony with their surroundings, while promoting the area through their work and products.

Chapter Five – Moor Hall, is an exclusive chapter of their story produced in collaboration with Chef Patron, Mark Birchall. In keeping with the Moor Hall ethos of understated excellence, this gin is elegantly smooth. A well balanced blend of 10 botanicals including chamomile, wood betony and marshmallow root combined with vapour infused lemon verbena offering a crisp, fresh finish as refined as the setting at Moor Hall itself.

This gin is exclusively available by the serve and bottle from Moor Hall. You can try Goosnargh Gin’s other incredible chapters one to four, by purchasing with them directly.
