Moor Hall retains both its two star and green star status for the Michelin 2023 guide.
We are delighted that the Restaurant has retained Two Michelin Stars and a Michelin Green Star, and The Barn has retained a Michelin Star. We work tirelessly to deliver a world-class dining experience and we are so proud of the dedication and passion of all of our team. Congratulations also to our neighbouring restaurants across Lancashire who have won and retained Michelin stars in this year's guide. Together we are putting this county well and truly on the map as a top UK dining destination. The landscape, produce and people in Lancashire are all world class, and we are delighted that this has been recognised in the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2023.

Lancashire is a land of abundance. Our gardens teem with fruit and vegetables and flowers and herbs. In season here you might eat peas straight out of the pod, so fresh all they need is a touch of salt and nasturtium oil. What we don’t grow we seek out from the amazing produce tended and nurtured by local farmers and artisans.
On site we’re also busy with charcuterie, bread-making and our own micro-dairy. There’s always something interesting to explore or a discovery to be made. And we like to share what we find.
