Moor Hall retains 3 MICHELIN Stars and The Barn retains One MICHELIN Star.
We are pleased to announce that both of our restaurants have once again been recognised by the Michelin Guide at the 2026 Guide Ceremony.
Moor Hall Restaurant with Rooms has retained its three Michelin stars, reaffirming its position among the very best restaurants in the world. This recognition reflects the continued dedication, consistency, and ambition of our entire team.
We are also delighted that The Barn at Moor Hall has retained its Michelin star. The award highlights the strength of its ingredient-led, contemporary approach and the high standards delivered by the team every day.
These achievements are the result of the hard work and commitment of our chefs, front-of-house teams, gardeners, and suppliers, as well as the continued support of our guests.
We remain focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences and look forward to welcoming you in the year ahead.
Lancashire is a land of abundance. Our gardens teem with fruit and vegetables and flowers and herbs. In season here you might eat peas straight out of the pod, so fresh all they need is a touch of salt and nasturtium oil. What we don’t grow we seek out from the amazing produce tended and nurtured by local farmers and artisans.
On site we’re also busy with charcuterie, bread-making and our own micro-dairy. There’s always something interesting to explore or a discovery to be made. And we like to share what we find.
