We are delighted to share that Moor Hall has been awarded Two MICHELIN Keys in the new MICHELIN Guide Hotel Selection.
We’re absolutely delighted to share that Moor Hall has been awarded Two MICHELIN Keys in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide for Great Britain & Ireland.
This recognition celebrates us as an “exceptional stay” — and we couldn’t be prouder. It’s a testament to the dedication, care, and attention to detail that our team pours into every guest experience, both at the table and throughout your stay with us.
The MICHELIN Keys are a new distinction from the MICHELIN Guide, created to honour the world’s most remarkable hotels — those that offer not just luxury, but a genuine sense of place and hospitality.
While MICHELIN Stars recognise culinary excellence, the Keys shine a light on the art of creating memorable stays.
To be among the first properties in the UK to receive Two MICHELIN Keys is an incredible privilege. It reinforces what we’ve always believed: that true hospitality lies in the details — in warmth, authenticity, and care.
Lancashire is a land of abundance. Our gardens teem with fruit and vegetables and flowers and herbs. In season here you might eat peas straight out of the pod, so fresh all they need is a touch of salt and nasturtium oil. What we don’t grow we seek out from the amazing produce tended and nurtured by local farmers and artisans.
On site we’re also busy with charcuterie, bread-making and our own micro-dairy. There’s always something interesting to explore or a discovery to be made. And we like to share what we find.
