The Barn holds one Michelin Star. We offer a delicious and varied menu created with the best seasonal ingredients, most grown within Moor Hall’s five-acre grounds or from local suppliers. Enjoy 60 Day aged grass-fed ex dairy Jersey beef tartare, Jerusalem artichoke, and nasturtium; Cornish Cod, smoked onion, charred leek, bacon crumb or, Stem ginger panna cotta, blood orange, granola.
Lancashire is a land of abundance. Our gardens teem with fruit and vegetables and flowers and herbs. In season here you might eat peas straight out of the pod, so fresh all they need is a touch of salt and nasturtium oil. What we don’t grow we seek out from the amazing produce tended and nurtured by local farmers and artisans.
On site we’re also busy with charcuterie, bread-making and our own micro-dairy. There’s always something interesting to explore or a discovery to be made. And we like to share what we find.
Dishes are made with the finest seasonal ingredients, mostly sourced from Moor Hall’s five-acre landscape or the local area. Enjoy a set three-course lunch for just £48 per person Thursday to Saturday. We also offer a set dinner menu for £56 per person, available Wednesday to Friday. Please note, all menus are sample menus and are subject to change. If you have any food allergies or require any alternative menus, please contact us on 01695 572511.
