Mark Birchall's ambitious vision for Moor Hall has led the way to this incredible accolade.
"I simply cannot express how delighted I am, this has been my life's dream, to create an experience for our guests which is truly special. We started out 8 years ago with an outrageous ambition to create a world class dining destination in the north of England. We were awarded our first star a few months after we opened in 2017, then our second just the year later, now – just eight years from the day we opened our doors, we are awarded 3 stars. The journey to 3 stars has been one of commitment, determination, and passion, not only from myself, but my amazing team. This is a dream come true. I will forever be grateful and humbled by this momentous achievement" – Mark Birchall
