Located in our gardens and named after the Borage plant – a sky-blue star-shaped blossom with a refreshing cucumber-like flavour – this is a comfortable, spacious place in which to recharge, furnished with an emperor bed, shower room and open-plan lounge with its own media wall.

We have fourteen bedrooms, each of which has its own unique style and design. Five are located in the historic main house. Two are in Moor Hall’s original Gatehouse. The other seven, new Garden rooms are laid out in our beautiful grounds amid birds, plants and trees, reflecting the respect for Nature that inspires the cooking at Moor Hall.
Over by the tranquil lake is Melilot, named after the plant that has delicate yellow or white flowers and a mild, sweet, vanilla flavour.
With its window seats within traditional sash windows, this generous-sized room offers superb views of the lake
Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of Sea Buckthorn, adorned with calming terracotta hues, bleached wood accents, and earthy tones.
This breathtaking room includes a large open-plan bedroom and evening lounge area
Nestled amid greenery is Anise Hyssop, named after the plant with purple, fragrant blooms and a subtle liquorice and floral taste.
In the woodland grounds can be found Sweet Cicely, named after the plant with lacy foliage, delicate white flowers, and a taste reminiscent of anise or liquorice.
