The Barn

Our teams are made up of talented individuals.

We are very proud of The Barn at Moor Hall and the team we have assembled to support it, led by chef patron Mark Birchall and head chef Nathan Cornwell. Recently awarded a Michelin star, The Barn, Mark Birchall’s neighbourhood restaurant, offers outstanding seasonal dishes in a charming rustic setting.

Key Skills

We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally, someone who has worked within a similar standard. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable, and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Day to day

As Sous Chef, you will be required to work under the direction of Nathan Cornwell in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
