As Breakfast Supervisor at Moor Hall, you will provide an exceptional and informed guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator, take a hands-on approach to your role and have a real passion for food and wine. You will be a talented individual with proven experience in a similar function within a comparable environment.
Minimum experience required working in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin starred Restaurant.
Day to day
You will be in charge of the breakfast service, ensuring a 2 Michelin star service is delivered, working under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager and supervising junior members of staff. Hours will be around 45 hours per week, usually 7.30am to 5pm Thursday to Sunday and 7.30am to 2pm on Mondays.
Salary package of £25-£26k, summer and winter closure holidays, Christmas closure holidays, staff discount, meals provided, company pension contribution.
