Day to day
Working closely with the restaurant and bar team to deliver exceptional service to the guests. Assisting with guest wine service, set up and clear down of the restaurant. Coming up with suggestions and ideas to improve beverage offerings and service standards under the guidance of the Head Sommelier.
Salary package of £30-32k, staff rewards and incentives, regular social events, summer and winter closure holidays, Christmas off, staff discount, meals provided, company pension contribution.
