Day to day
Working with the Head Sommelier to create and update an exceptional wine list. Working closely with the restaurant and bar team to deliver exceptional service to the guests. Assisting with guest wine service, set up and clear down of the restaurant along with Cellar management. Coming up with suggestions and ideas to improve beverage offerings and service standards under the guidance of the Head Sommelier.
Salary package of £28-£30k, summer and winter closure holidays, Christmas closure holidays, staff discount, meals provided, company pension contribution.
