 Day to day

You will be managing the Assistant Restaurant Manager and wider team with the day to day running of the restaurant ensuring the operation runs smoothly. Directly supervising the restaurant team and ensuring the guest experience is perfect every time. Effectively managing the floor and ensuring the team are fully trained to deliver an exceptional service. Leading by example and taking on a direct, hands on approach. Handling guest complaints effectively to ensure a positive guest experience. Effectively running the restaurant.
