We are looking for a strong, motivated individual, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The person will be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Day to day
The kitchen porter will assist in the Back of House Operations of the restaurant, mainly in the kitchen areas. This job involves manual work, heavy lifting and working with chemicals.
Some of the duties will involve moving of stock, cleaning, and operation of the dishwasher, cleaning pots, pans, utensils & crockery and keeping the kitchen areas clean & safe.
You must be flexible to work both shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
