As Chef de Rang/Senior Waiter at The Barn at Moor Hall, you will provide an exceptional and informed guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator, take a hands-on approach to your role and have a real passion for food and wine.
You will be a talented individual with proven experience in a similar function within a comparable environment.
Day to day
You will be in charge of a section of the restaurant during service, working under the Restaurant Manager and be required to supervise and assist junior members of staff
Salary package of £28-£30k, winter closure holidays, staff discount, meals provided, company pension contribution.
