We are very proud of Moor Hall and the team we have assembled to support it, led by chef patron Mark Birchall. We are currently looking for a Breakfast waiter.

Key Skills

As Breakfast waiter at Moor Hall, you will provide an exceptional and informed guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator, take a hands-on approach to your role and have a real passion for food and hospitality. You will be a talented individual with proven experience in a similar function within a comparable environment.

Minimum experience required working in a 2 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin starred Restaurant.

Day to day

You will be helping with the breakfast service, ensuring a 2 Michelin star service is delivered, reporting to the Breakfast supervisor. The role is around 35 hours per week, usually 7.30am to 3.30pm Thursday to Sunday and 7.30am to 12 midday on Mondays, but we will consider part-time hours.
