How do I order from At Home by Mark Birchall?

From Thursday 25th March we are selling At Home breakfast boxes only. Breakfast boxes can be purchased for either two or four people and are priced from £90.
We have a limited number of breakfast boxes for four available. These are priced at £180 and will arrive as two separate boxes. They can only be sent to one address.
If your order has been successful, you will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. Please check your Junk/Spam folders if this does not appear in your Inbox. If you still have no confirmation email, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. If we are aware of any issues with your order, we will contact you to advise.
Can I make changes to the menu?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or menu alterations.
How will I receive my order?
Delivery via APC Overnight is available to UK Mainland addresses only, covering England, Central Scotland, Scottish Borders and Wales. A £10 delivery charge will be added automatically.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and all British Isles/offshore destinations, including Northern Ireland, as well as the following postcodes: AB30, AB33-AB36, DD8-DD9.
The box will be delivered on the date specified between 8am and 4pm. You will receive communication from APC with a 2 hour delivery window on the day of delivery.
Almost all of the packaging for your order is either recyclable, reusable, biodegradable or compostable.
What’s required in terms of preparing the meals at home?
Some dishes will simply need plating. Hot courses will require basic reheating or cooking and simple instructions will be supplied in your box.
How long will my At Home by Mark Birchall box last?
Contents are best used within two days of delivery. Please refrigerate contents as soon as possible, exceptions will be detailed in your instructions.
Can I use a gift voucher or deposit towards payment?
Unfortunately, due to limited staff numbers all orders need to be placed online. We do not have the capability for payment to be made via voucher or existing deposit. We can accept card payment only. Thank you.
